Game 6: The Java Shop’s Perfect Grind

JSPG+00.jpeg

Play our online escape room set in a coffee shop.

This game is a custom work that a player asked to have made so he could propose to his girlfriend.

In this online escape room, you’re the owner of a pair of wildly popular coffee shops. So popular, in fact, that an important reporter and coffee critic are visiting today to taste what you have to offer. As you arrive to get ready, you find that your shop has been ransacked! Luckily, your manager has hidden some backup emergency coffee beans for just such a case… if only you can find them…

$15 per person.

Game time: Approximately 60 minutes.

Note 1: The final puzzle has been changed in this public version of the game so that the answer does not result in a proposal.

Note 2: When Jeff wanted to propose to his girlfriend, Sophie, he contacted Paruzal to commission this custom escape room game based on their history together. We built this game around several relationship details provided by Jeff (their first date was planned at a coffee shop, their favorite musical group, their birth dates, their favorite foods, etc.) In front of a small group of friends, Sophie worked through final puzzle puzzle alone, spelling out most of “MARRYME” before figuring out what was going on and seeing Jeff on bended knee. She said “Yes!” on September 13, 2020.
